Cases Managed

One year old Central fracture dislocation of right hip. Patient met trauma during the first wave of COVID but since all the services were closed, he could not surgery for it for one whole year. When he visited us, his hip was dislocated with posterior wall of Acetabulum malunited. Closed reduction was not possible. Acetabular osteotomy, open reduction and internal fixation was done. Patient is fully weight bearing at present. Fracture is United and hip well seated in the Acetabulum.
